This guy is extremely good & effective upfront and beyond garbage in the back, and Xavi is brain farting and being stubborn.

He has more assists in Classico matches than the whole Madrid midfield combined!

It's not even Sergi fault.
After Dani Alves left us in 2016, these players have been the RB genial solution for our management: inventing Sergi as RB, Aleix Vidal, Douglas and Dest.
There are no words to describe the level of incompetence

He was watching Toni Kroos as Vinicius sped behind him for the first goal. This guy should be nowhere near the defense line. Mediocre player.

Yup. That was just inexcusable for him to be completely ball watching, and completely oblivious to Vini making that run. That mistake is compounded by the fact that Roberto is pretty slow.

RB has been a big issue for 7+ years now with signings like Aleix Vidal, Semedo, and Dest not working out.

He was never the fastest player but man injuries took it's toll on him and he's gotten a lot slower since 2017.

Yeah, mistake already made indeed. Was a ridiculous decision to keep him and it’s taken all of 2 months for them to realise it.

Was kept as a last resort. And now he plays because there are no others with three potential RB's ahead of him out in Bellerin, Araujo and Kounde.

At least with him on the pitch we won't have to see Pique now that Kounde is fit.
