Not very good unfortunately , he should surely by now have healed enough and be in form, but he just isn't very good. A little disappointed with his season, thought he would mean more to the teams success

He hasn't been good in the past month but I still believe in him and expect him to be more consistent next season. It would be stupid to sell him this early.

Basta yaaaaaaa, Cabron ! y Bona nit 🥂
Oh dear. Another game where he looks the odd man out. He's never played in such a high level team before and his frustration at not being able to handle the heat is evident.

How things change in football. A few months ago, everyone wanted Frenkie to be the sacrificial sale. But Olmo has quickly taken his place.

The fact of the matter is, Fermin has been the better player for a while now, and his signing really is looking like the misstep a lot of us thought it was.

He's simply not been worth all the registration hassle, especially not with Fermin lying in waiting.

He's not just good, he's the best attacking midfielder in the world now that KDB is slowing down to retirement.

I've accepted Olmo as he is. He will ALWAYS be injury prone. It would be much more of a problem if we didn't have Killer Fermin to fill in when Olmo is injured, or Raph, or Pedri, or Gavi ......
Pedri and Olmo should be two of the first name's on the team sheet. Both would walk in to any team in Europe. The 2nd pivot should be fought out between Ping Pong, Gavi and Casado.

I would personally go with Casado for now.
He's gone up one place in my list compared to Barca midfielders, just doing enough to nick above Torre.

1) Olmo
2) Pedri
3) Casado
4) Gavi
5) Bernal
6) Fermin
7) Bellingham
8) Torre.
9) PING PONG.

You have to give credit when it's due.

I have no doubt Olmo would be a great player if he stayed healthy and got some consistent playing time but that will never happen. Hope he at least starts next season great again but eventually injuries will happen and he'll fell off. We could have spend all that money so much better.

What we aren't going to do is treat Olmo like Frenkie. Olmo with an off season to work with Flick and possibly do a Pedri-like change to his body is worth the shot.

Olmo does seem a bit weak mentality wise. Maybe Fermin while less skilled is better for the tough games.

But, Olmo showed at the Euros a level 2x as high as Fermin currently. Don't give up on him in his trash form. (Fermin right now is deserving to start)
