It's not.

Source?

For example this one but i know this is nothing 100% clear but there where many clubs interested in him. But there are many other reports on transfermarkt.
If you want a statement where f.e. Pep guardiola said they want to sign him, that doesnt exist because no club says such things.

The thing with city now are just rumors, no confirmed Information

Then which news are reliable? Nothing on this planet. Fabrizio romano? Maybe
Those are not news, they aren't reporting actual facts. It's just speculation based on rumors.

You may hate the fact that no club was willing to spend 55M, but reality is no one bid for him. Bayern could have got him earlier if they wanted, he was under their noses.

I don't get why would we move Yamal from the wing to 10, I think he's much more suited for the wing. Maybe later in his career but that is 10+ years away.
He will move to that role, eventually. That's his natural. Think of Messi. Well, Messi was a 10 at heart but was converted by Rijkaard to play as a winger before Pep moved him back to centre.

Neymar is the most similiar player to Yamal, who also moved from wing to 10 as soon as he got license to play.

But that is future's stuff. Still i think it will happen soon.

Made an effort to join this club

This guy has been mediocre all of his life. Played for some mediocre clubs too. Nobody big was in for him last summer and that was after a good Euro.

Sure a club like Tottenham would have probably taken a punt eventually. But let's be serious, he was playing for RB Leipzig at 26. If you're a special talent you're playing your trade at big clubs at that age.

If City want this clown to fill their quota of so-so transfers that will ride the bench/be sold within a year, I'd take him there myself.

But we know club runs on emotions, he will get another year here. And next thing you know he's 30 and we'll somehow have to offload him, at a loss of course.

PS: Fermin is a bigger clown

Calm down. I dont even rate him. When I say "effort" its obviously not in the sense that he rejected bigger offers to join Barca but rather he did so despite knowing our financial difficulties. It will be perceived such by the board and thus afforded lenciency and patience wrt his performances, especially given that he also fills their catalan quota. I would be the last person to object his sale if a good offer came in.

Fermin, on the other hand, has a place in this squad. You can't have WC players as a squad option.

Mate, it is the same story as with Szcesny. The guy took the opportunity of a lifetime. He wasn't Mbappe to pick and choose which club to join, on his own terms.
Let's not act like he did us a favour. He took an opportunity, for good money, in his hometown, at one of the biggest clubs in the world.
But I do get were you're coming from with the way the club thinks. I too agree that they won't sell him, unfortunately.

Also agreed on Fermin, he's bench material for us.

Olmo's problems this season were similar to Pedri's last couple of years. Many smaller injuries took all confidence from him. He started very good, but then the injuries kept piling up. Let him remain injury free for half a season and we'll see the best Olmo yet, I'm sure of it.
He's getting now the same special pre-match warm-up as Pedri this season, so let's hope it'll help him as well going into the next season.
