20 - Dani Olmo

If by stay you mean 2 more years, definitely

At least, but could be a decade or more.
433 is on it's way out. It is more or less becoming outdated gameplan.

There are no more CDM that are built for that position and most coaches prefer to have 2 players to seek control of midfield.

Even our own academy players like Bernal and Casado were far better playing with 2 pivots.

Even Xavi and Pep used the converted fullbacks as 2nd CDM. The days of Busquets type are long gone, and the Casamero type is no longer up to the standards.

Back to Olmo.
He is essential to our league success despite the injuries. But he dissappear in big games.

This is something that has to change next year, in this positive he is essential for any successes we would hope for in Europe.

The biggest mistake of the season for this club. If we invested that money in a couple of rotational fullbacks and wingers we would be better off.

He's always injured and even when he plays he's bad bar a nice move here and there. He had a good beginning but after that injury in September he was never really good again.

I want to wait for him to stay healthy for a longer period like Pedri to evaluate him completely. Fact is, he has no rhythm due to his injuries and the story about his registration probably didn't help either.
Next season will be crucial to see if this will be a longer or shorter visit in Barca for him.

What rotational fullbacks and wingers for Olmo price? And who would play AM?

People are just living in their imaginary world.

AM would have been our weakest position if no Olmo is signed. And the guy accepted the conditions regarding registration that no one else would.

Like the fullbacks we would have signed based on those who we can afford, were gonna be Cardona and Mingueza who both would have 100% cooked yesterday, worse than the ones we have. The winger would have been freakin Gnabry on loan. :ROFLMAO:

I agree. As much Olmo has been a bit disappointing, there is not a single player in the squad filling that AM role better than him.
Lets wait and see what he does next season.
If its the same, we need to go for someone else in 2026
