The 10 is always covered by the DM in a 4231, so if he's off or the DM is super sharp, he's being olmo or whoever will have difficult time.

Olmo will be sold if we change 4231 formation. It is the only formation he would get a position in it.

It’s more like a 4231.

The DM is arguably the most important position in a 4-3-3 and unless you got a world class one it won’t work.

Unless you’re signing Rodri it won’t work.

It’s just my opinion, but I’d rather not go through the pain of the flaws the 4-3-3 have again unless we have an elite CDM.

We’ve already seen how it looks when Busquets declined considerably.

Back to Olmo.

If he keep getting injured and sucks in big games again next season then they should seriously consider replacing him.

You cannot rely on a player like this.
