Only caveat with Cancelo is that he is more prone to picking up red than balde or kounde.

I can only think of one positive. Balde is off form, gets injured quite easily, and pretty shite defensively himself. Cancelo brings some extra depth for fullback position and cover for Balde.

Cancelo cannot cover for Kounde, as predisposed to fuck-ups as Kounde is, he is much better defender than Cancelo.
