Yamal
Fermin
Joan Garcia
Pedri

After that everyone else that starts is expendable. These are the only good level to high level players that can start for the big big teams

I agree he is very good in attack and miles ahead of Olmo right now. However his defending and pressing skills are far from perfect. He needs to address that aspect of his game.

Fermin wouldn't be a starter for any of the current top 8-10 teams.

1. Bayern
2. Arsenal
3. PSG
4. Man City
5. Chelsea
6. Inter
7. Galatasaray
8. Sunderland
9. Bournemouth
10. Qarabag
11. Midtyilland
12. Liverpool
13. Lyon
14. Real Madrid
15. Barcelona

Current Europe top 15.

Fermin gets into Liverpool ahead of Wirtz and Barcelona ahead of Fermin but admittedly struggles with the rest.

Neither would your mama 😙

That's the best response you could come up with?

I like Fermin but can you seriously tell me he would start for RM, PSG, Bayern or any of the PL clubs playing in the CL? Well, he probably would for Spurs with Maddison and Kulu out but do we really want us to be compared with them, lol?

He would start in current Bayern (with Musiala out) and Chelsea wanted to sign him as a starter.

Can see him starting for City, not the biggest Cherki fan tbh.

PSG doesn't play a system that have a player in his position anyway. Real has like 3 players in that position and only Bellingham is currently better.

He isn't a top player, but you are selling him short tbh

RM has ballingham, psg doesnt hav a cam position, bayern has musiala (he would easily start ahead of gnabry), he would start for chelsea, manu, and many more. Of course there are better cam out there but not many.

Don't think I am. He's a good player who can become very good but don't think he'll ever be truly elite (top 5 at his positon for example). Which ofc is fine, you can never have a team full of WC players. Pep's team came the closest to that but that's more an exception to the rule. I think he's a great squad player and with Olmo's injuries concerns also more than adequate starter for time being but if we really want to move to the next level we should improve on him though ofc there are other priorities. And when Flick will leave it's quite likely we'll move back to a 4-3-3 so it's questionable what role he'll have in team by then.

In short, yes. I respect him a lot and think we are very fortunate to have him in our team, especially when we take our financial situation into account. Most clubs would, of course, be fortunate to have him too.
