I would do the same. You would do the same. Everybody would. Why is spending years finished in Europe and getting mocked better than enjoying your life in Saudi and getting loads of money with minimal effort?

There's no denying it's great for money. It does make sense financially.

If you've been a mid player who never made much money and Saudi throws a big bag at ya. It does make a lot of sense to sell your soul.

I wouldn't want to live there either, even though many things have improved and I respect their culture. I simply prefer mountains to deserts, cool temperatures to heat, and family and friends around me to loneliness. I also wouldn't leave just because my salary would triple.

Im a bit afraid to live in Dubai, heard a german student has to go 20 years in prison because she dealed a bit with drugs. I mean 20 years for that??

But otherwise its a nice country, you can still play football on a very high level so why not, would rather go to Saudi than to PSG or Monaco
