Another good game. He has 21 goals and assists in 1800 mins this season. He had 22 last season in almost 3000. I hope they don't get any funny ideas and sell him.

He and yamal are the only two that are must keeps in the forward line.

I wish he could play on the left more naturally but such is life

Does even better on the left than on the right imo. They need to leave the front line as is next season if they don't have a lot of money to spend and invest all of it in midfield and defense.

Nah he's better in the right, what little dribble skills he has is shown more on the right and he's so left footed, at least he cuts in on his stronger foot.

But he's doing a serviceable job filling in.

He's not a left-winger for sure. Brutha can barely dribble past players on the right wing which is his preferred side and the side where it should be easier for him.

There is however a point to not signing a LW this summer and instead spend all resources on a CDM + striker possibly if they don't want to go through growing pains with Nico Williams which there will be due to his age.

Can wait another year and hope someone like Leao or some other "ready" player becomes available.

Either way he should not be sold as it's Ferran who should go.

It's not only dribbling that matters. He had a shot off the post, scored a pen, set up Ferran for a clear chance, set up Cancelo for an easy goal, almost scored a golazo, and had 2-3 other good actions. On top of his defensive shift.

You guys are too focused on just dribbling and miss other important things. Lamine can do the dribbling part on the other side.

On pure productivity... can't do better than him atm. Nico instead of Felix could be amazing though.

On fire, very good player. There are not many wingers that could play this good in central positions, could attack spaces that good and with such defensive work. I would be happy if Barca make the mistake to sell him, he will get easily 25 G/A next season.

He's better on the left because he has Lamine on the right. Have a right footed Lamine on the left and Raphi would be even better on the right- provided he also has an attacking full back that allows him to cut centrally.

Credit for Xavi to find out how to get the best out of him, within our current squad limitations. It took 15 months but better late than Roque.

Bielsa kept praising him for his never give up samurai spirit :ninja:

Indeed, a joy on the pitch on the night - deserved a goal in the end, even if only a pk

His pressure and closing down of passing lanes was instrumental in many situations where Barca ended up winning the ball.…even tracking back to prevent goal scoring chances for the Basque side

I was mixed on Raphinha after his 1st season here and while I would prefer him continuing, his FFP impact might be the sort of austerity measure needed to facilitate squad building around Lamine. Else it is someone like Araujo

If we sell the player with most end product per minutes played this season in the squad we might as well proclaim 2nd place as the objective next season.

There are 3 players that should be sold for good money ahead of him if we want to take this option. Araujo, Kounde, and De Jong.
