I wrote it to the Wikipedia (with sources). At least Luca Caiolis Messi mentions only those (Barcelona did not allow other games before June 2004 as Messi played juvenil copa del rey) and I could not find any more from Mundo Deportivo archives.

Argentina played U-17 World Cup in Finland in 2003. Tocalli, coach u17, tells in Caioli's Messi he got a videotape of Messi from Marcelo Bielsa before the tournament. Bad luck for us Finns Argentina found Messi so late.
