10 - Lamine Yamal

Yamal with a dynamic youthful front line with a competent overlapping RB would be absolutely unplayable.

Raphinha/Alvarez/Yamal with lets say Ratiu at RB

Then again we also need a real LCB too. So, probably a solid 4 yrs away from properly supporting him

Yes I would sell him for 500m

Would clear our debts get rid of a troublesome personality, and we can rebuild the team completely

No brainer just like when we could have sold Fati for good money

I would suggest people taking the time to see what kind of player the GOAT was at the same age as Yamal.

You can see shades of his brilliance but at the same time you see a player who was far from the near flawless and elegant player he became known in later years. Why? Because no human being or athlete peaks at 18, mentally or physically.

Sometimes I wonder if the dead Internet theory is true and here we are chatting with bots. Imagine praising him after Celta Vigo game and 4 days later write how it would be beneficial to sell him because he had a shit game when everyone else on the field sucked just as bad.

You are right.

Messi was not perfect aged 18.

But also, he wasn't as hyped by stupid media and fans like Yamal is today, which will mess with his head.

Further, Messi is humble, while Yamal is a moron personality wise.

Further, Yamal's dad is probably the worst example to raise the kid.
So, Yamal's surroundings are horrible.

Further, Yamal started to play as a starter way earlier than Messi so in terms of their development, 18 years old Yamal should be compared to a 20 year old Messi.

All in all, Yamal has nice chances to turn into a biggest disappointment of the century based on his diva personality, arrogance, horrible surroundings and stupid social media apps looking for a new shiny toy all the time.

He could end as a footballing Justin Bieber or any Disney teen superstar who finished broken and with mental illness/supstance abuse later.

The kid is only 18 and he is already fighting with half of the world.
Let's see how will he overcome the hate, the expectations, the pressure and the inevitable dissapointment by the fans.

He is antagonising many people for no reason other than to stroke his ego. Which gets us back to failed parenting and lack of self-esteem.

Everyone can have a bad match and pretty much everyone did bad but flailing your hands every 5 minutes and complaining to your teammates or refs is not a good sign.

Raphinha did that more than anyone when on.

It is demonstrative nonsense meant for fans as much as anything.

If Bellingham acts like Yamal or Raph midweek he would get desrtoyed for it.,, rightfully so as he is a twat.

I don't agree.

Some players are just very punchable for huge number of fans.

Zlatan is annoying for lots of people but nowhere near as annoying as Neymar.

Mbappe is annoying to some, but nowhere as near as Vinicius Junior.

So, everyone has haters.
But some people/players are just on another level of how annoying or punchable they are.

Yamal is on a world class level in that sense.

I have zero urge to punch Raphinha.

But punching Neymar or Yamal = always.

Aye because you hate that Yamal monumentally proved you wrong and tell everyone how over rated young Barca players are.

Raphinha... again moaned about balon dor this week...he came on and tried to make a point flailling his arms every 2 seconds.

You can see when it is for the crowd and thats what he was at.
