The report claims that at no time were the medical staff informed of any problems with Yamal during his time with the Spain national team.
There’s also confusion as one of the physios with the national team is Fernando Galán, who also works with Yamal at Barcelona. Galan “did not communicate anything about any ailment,” according to AS.

The report also claims that Yamal wasn’t happy at being taken off against Turkey instead of playing the whole 90 minutes, suggesting he wasn’t feeling any pain.

All in all it’s not a great situation for Barcelona, Yamal or Spain. There’s clearly a bit of tension now between club and country which may need to be resolved before Spain return to action next month.

Lamine just turned 18 and has a cocky attitude, that allowed him his breakthrough with 15 years of age. He would play football at 3 a.m with a broken leg if he's asked to, because he's still naive and has a mindset of a teenager, that his body is indestructable.
This is 100% on Fuente. This piece of shit only thinks about himself, we know that since Gavi. Giving him painkillers this early in the season, so he can play against Turkey. Flick must be furious about such egoism and amateurish care.

That doesn't excuse him. If the player can't do a good decision for whatever reason, you have to do it for him to protect him. That's his job as coach, not only to train them, but also to protect them when necessary. Lamine is at the start of his career, he's a teenager without much knowledge what his body can take.
Giving him painkillers, so he can play a better friendly in Turkey is irresponsible and inexcusable. If he was a Madrid player, you can be sure they would have taken care of him differently.

Flick and his staff needs to talk to Lamine asap and teach him to say no, to stop playing when he's feeling unwell, otherwise this is only the beginning.

He has no argument to tell a coach to sub a player at any point in a game, if the coach believes the player is fit to play, which DLF did, rightly or wrongly.

We all know he played Kounde so much last season because we really didn't have anyone else reliable to play there. Garcia ended up becoming an option only out of necessity. Yamal is a similar case to Messi or Ronaldo, he's going to dictate how long he plays. I don't agree with it, but that is what super stardom does.

And as I said, playing a player a lot while they are healthy, especially when you dont have good other options, is entirely different than playing a player that obviously having discomfort and is on analgesic. I'm not sure how this is even a discussion. It's merely common sense.

You can attempt to be condescending and dress it up like you usually do in an attempt to appear important or get attention, but you're wrong. It is just another attempt to shit on the coach. Could he make subs earlier sometimes, sure, but he really didnt have a choice last season with those two players you gave as an example. And if he did, there is a good chance we wouldn't have walked away with 3 titles and done the best we've done in the CL in years. Facts.

Shitting on a coach that took basically the same team as the year before and transformed them from beta whiners to never give up warriors. Yet you still crying about only 3 titles I guess.

Interesting the folk who complained about Koeman and Flick 'over playing' players said nothing when Xavi did same with like of Gavi.

Back then it was all about how Xavi was correct and 'Gavi is different'.

Balde literally came off early in all three games he played this season.

Also he doesnt go away on intl duty so gets more rest then last season etc.

Folk just clean make things up.

Its not on Flick that the board mis manage finances to point Martin is back up for Balde and Barca were not out of sight in as many games last season as some are making out.

Before Balde injury last season in league in run up to injury -

Sociedad H - Rested
Atletico A - 86 mins
Osasuna H - 83 mins
Girona - 9 mins
Betis - 75 mins
Leganes - 41 mins when injured.

In cup Balde was rested fully for first two games and then off at HT when winning away to Valencia in the third.

This idea he played every minute is not accurate.

I'll ignore what you have to say about subs, I already replied to zelana, don't need to double post facts.

But the funniest part with you, is you out here constantly thinking I'm a flick hater, because I like Xavi, the two things aren't mutually exclusive, lol.

I can hold two thoughts in my head at the same time, which you seem utterly incapable of, that's a you problem young Padawan.

Check the facts who voted that he was a good coach, while others who ride for him now like he is the second coming of Jesus, were calling him a bum.

Who said we would win a treble after he was appointed manager.

All that being said, he untilized the squad poorly and has no grounds to talk about subbing players in games that are already won.

That's reply #2, if your reply makes sense, I might think about breaking the rule and blessing you with a 3rd.

I was at the barber a couple days ago getting a fresh cut, and next to me a kid also wanted a haircut. He pulled out his phone and showed the barber a pic , of course it was Lamine Yamal. The barber joked and asked him if he could play as good as Yamal too :ROFLMAO:

You have been told.. Balde didnt play internationals and rested then.

Also he was rested at times... first two cup games he missed and off at HT when winning in third etc.

In the run up to his injury in the league he didnt start in 2 of the 5 games and in the three he did was off before 90mins in all 3.

This season Balde has been off early in all x3 league games.

But keep barking at moon speaking shite about how Flick doesnt rest him.

This is up there with your claim FDJ was benched by Gavi until formation change in 22/23.

Utter drivel and proven wrong once again.
