He’s every right to celebrate as he’s a member of the squad and has been for a number of years. It would be weird if he just sat in the stands whilst all other players and coaching staff celebrated :lol:

Ter Stegen is here for 11th year, the second one closest to him in the first team is Fati who joined half decade later. This type of experience and durability will always be appreciated by his peers.

Look at how the players celebrate Fati when he has close to zero contribution in the current success?

Everyone of those knows what injury could take from a player, no one would want MATS to not hold the cup because of. It is something that we should actually appreciate regardless of our opinion on his performances.
