Mats and Bravo had an intense rivalry that benefited both of them and the team. you had Bravo wanting to retain his starting spot in the league while you had Mats fighting hard to overtake Bravo to be our starter. It's true that in reality it wasn't going to work out long term and we had to let Bravo go.

I do think Mats got soft after we sold Bravo and we got Jasper. He probably didn't think Jasper was going to give him that much competition like Bravo, but after Jasper's recent performances like Flavia said he finally woke up.

that or Mats realized his performances for most of the season weren't good enough and he decided to step up finally. either way I hope he keeps it up.

Easily the greatest passer among goalkeepers that I have ever seen. So smooth and easy at any distance with the full repertoire. I want to see him play in the midfield in a meaningless preseason friendly soon.

Minute 73: Olaf is frozen, Betis hits the post
Minute 74: Olaf can't clear the ball after a corner, we conceded a goal

At least we bought a GK who can pass the ball well with his feet.
Who cares about jumping? Jumping is a skill for 2nd tier Gks...
