He's still relatively young at 63. To end the career with 4 years of NT duty with a much lower workload compared to club football isn't too bad. Plus he'll get to have a go at trophies he lacks.

He won't get a good coaching job after RM at club level, he is also fairly old.
This is a chance to be first ever foreign coach to Brazil, even Pep considered it.
