    Javier Saviola

Davids was brilliant in those 6 months...he was the missing link. It's a shame he went to Inter afterwards, he hardly played there..

    Best Manager of All Time?

Yeah, he should at least be in the list, that's for sure.
  3. Jesse1509

    Thierry Henry

He wasn't even a striker..Bergkamp was a second striker, a 'nine and a half', really.

    Fernando Torres

 I love those Torres songs

    Ibrahim Afellay

Wait...Simons used to be quicker than Afellay? No way, dude, no way. Where'd you get this from? Alex and Bouma were quick, surely, but Simons?

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

Maybe Lisandro López could be a good option too...he's quick, strong and lethal in front of goal. Plus, he works hard. He, too, would be very expensive, though, I guess about 30 million or so. I haven't seen that much of López, but he seems class to me. And I can't see the new owners choosing a...

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

Yeah, but not keeping anything of the Torres money would make the sale stupid: Torres is the best option who Liverpool can use upfront. You wouldn't be able to get a striker of equal quality. I can't see someone like Pato going to Liverpool. Lukaku would be quite young, but he has all the...

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

Yeah, Suarez is quite an upgrade on Maxi, that's for sure. And Meireles has been excellent lately, so I wouldn't drop him into the double pivot just to play Suarez as a second striker.

    What do you prefer winning....

    Has to be Rafa indeed.

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

Pato's class...but you still wouldn't have a hold-up player....but he's lightning quick and an excellent finisher, so he'd do a good job for sure. He'd be quite expensive, though, so there wouldn't be much of a point in selling Torres just to spend the money you earned on Pato.

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

If you'd buy, say, Agüero to play in Torres' role, you'd a lot weaker, I think. With all those midfield runners (Kuyt, Meireles, Gerrard, etc.), I think it might be useful to have a striker who can hold the ball, and he has to be quick as well, so that you can play on the counter too. Torres...

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

He's just not strong enough to hold up the ball, so if Torres would leave, and Suarez would be the only striker in a 4-4-1-1 system, then he'd struggle for sure. He's a decent finisher, but he wouldn't be able to play as a striker for a team like Liverpool. Torres leaving would leave Liverpool...

    Messi, Pedro and Villa trident

Villa and Pedro suit Messi better than Dinho suits Messi, indeed. Messi is at his best when there are runners around him, and Ronaldinho was a player who preferred receiving the ball at his feet instead of in space. Messi wouldn't be able to play one of his majestic through balls to Dinho for...

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

So he'll probably be a winger, or a second striker....I don't know if he chose the right club, to be honest...he'll have to work a lot harder defensively that he usually does, that's for sure. And I don't know if he's quick enough to be a winger, or creative enough to be a second striker. I...

    Giampaolo Pazzini

My thoughts exactly. In a wingerless team, what's the point of having such a striker?

    Daniel Alves

If we'd sell him, who should we sign to replace him? Van der Wiel ? Azpilicueta ? (how's he doing at Marseille?) Lahm? (would be very expensive, and I'm not sure if he'd leave Bayern).
