Was the same with Arda really, took a long time before Lucho stopped playing him in midfield, even after getting plenty of subs for those positions. He's just way too stubborn with pricier signings.

It feels like Neymar and Suarez are part of the problem. Poor touches and finishing has nothing to do with the system, but because they have their "MSN" status they can't be subbed or benched. Of course the bench being kind of shit doesn't help either.

Not that I'm a fan of Denis really, but watching Gomes in these fast-paced games is not pretty. With his skill set it looks like his only option to do anything is to pass it first time, while Denis at least can dribble and has some speed.

Denis has improved himself lately and is a way better fit at rcm when Iniesta is playing. If Gomes is going to play, it needs to be centrally. It's almost like putting Busquets at rcm/lcm.
