This is just trivia. You need to offer something that's worth as much or more to Liverpool than Coutinho is. At this stage in the season with no obvious replacement, that should obviously be a lot.

He does want to play though, he's shown absolutely no sign that he doesn't - plus it's a World Cup year. Aside from the owners cashing in, Liverpool have no reason to sell.

I don't see the incentive for Liverpool so sell this late in the window. At the very least they should either be pushing for stupid money ($150m+) or for Coutinho to commit to at least another year.
