Yea I've noticed that for a guy his size he is very weak and horrible in the air. Needs to bulk up quite a bit and play with attitude and confidence. He will never be able to play without the leadership of Puyol if he continues like this.

No. He has a different team to worry about now. There's no point wallowing in the past glory we had with Pep. We've pretty much lost the tie against Milan and our season is already ruined enough that we can withstand having Roura for another month or two.

I don't like Deulofeu playing on the right because he is pretty bad at crossing. On the left he can cut in and shoot and serve as a deadly attacking outlet. On the right though he always either runs in and plays a blind cross or runs in and shoots from an impossibly tight angle.

Honestly Alves on the wing is worth trying. In attack he's provided plenty of assists for us in recent matches (which is his only claim to a starting position) and is basically our only outlet on the right side despite being a defender. Defensively he is very poor though Imagine if he didn't...

He was not THAT bad it's just that all the players looked completely isolated from each other and disconnected. It's hard to act as a midfield organizer if everyone is lost and playing statically

ehh yea i'm rethinking what i said. I just automatically assumed that our midfield was giving him service but now that i look back on it we had absolutely no control in this game. My apologies.

Yea honestly we've become too dependant on a RB in attack and now he doesn't do his defensive duties. Attacking wise, he's been great i have to say. Putting him as a winger could be a really worthwhile experiment.

Right now, Messi is no game-changer. I know he scored but honestly he disappeared for a HUGE portion of the game along with the rest of the team.
