    Ibrahim Afellay

And we thought Maxwell was a steal last year, this kid's turning into one of the club's best buys in awhile

    Andrés Iniesta

I love that move in the video that Tazim posted above, Andres has truly mastered it.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Couldn't believe Pastore couldn't finish that, Messi laid it on a platter for him!

    Eric Abidal

This guy has ice in his veins playing it out of the back, but he's also one of our most reliable defenders doing so.

    Bojan Krkić

At this point with his confidence as low as it is it doesn't matter where he plays, my point was that even in his best form he does not play well on the left, which is often where he ends up for his 10 minute cameos.

    Bojan Krkić

He was more referring to your "facts" actually being opinions. I really wish Pep would stop putting him out on the left flank, even when he succeeded under Frank it was always on the right or in the center, he's never looked good on the left.

    Ibrahim Afellay

I dont care what he was clocked at in training at PSV, all you need to do is watch him blow past players on the right flank every time he's stepped out there to know what he's capable of... next topic!

    Seydou Keita

His performances always fluctuate between good and slightly above good, but his consistency and work rate make him a perfect squad player.
  10. iced1776

    Ibrahim Afellay

He did play a bit of a reserved support striker in the center, and he did well on a few occasions to turn towards goal, beat a defender, and get a hard shot off.

    Ibrahim Afellay

I don't see why people think he went invisible for any stretch of time today, one of the things I loved about his play today is that he was very smart and energetic when it came to opening into space. He is fitting into this system very well and is a great link between the middle and final...

    Daniel Alves

Should be pointed out that his diving/rolling antics are about 1/100th of what they were when he first got to this team.
  13. iced1776

    Bojan Krkić

Say what you want about his future, but he was atrocious in his 15 minutes today
  14. iced1776

    Ibrahim Afellay

He looked 100x better in the AM (Iniesta's) position, than he has on the right wing for his other 3 appearances. He should have played where Keita does and Jeffren should have started on the right.

    Ibrahim Afellay

This, why are people even considering otherwise. We could have 200 people in Cesc's position, we will still go for him next summer. Thought Afellay looked phenomenal considering how little time he had on the pitch, had a little more confidence in his passing including that one brilliant long...

    Ah, my eyes!

    Ibrahim Afellay

He needs to start growing a mustache like Pedro to do something about the baby face
  18. iced1776

    Gabriel Milito

He bounced back so well from his extended injury, pretty gutting to see him go down again. I'm glad he's back again.
  19. iced1776

    Thierry Henry

He never got the chance to fully recover from an injury that was nagging him before he even showed up, he kept being rushed back to the field until the playoffs when they just gave up and sat him. Our coach even said coming into his arrival that he would not be fully fit until next season.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

This is definitely true. Contact =/= a foul, so going down when there is contact that is not an infraction should still be considered a dive. When Iniesta was playing on the left wing over the past few seasons he would look to go down in the box with this kind of contact all the time.
