    1 - Victor Valdes

Agree Stric, let VV go with our blessing. After some disasterous Keepers Barca has had in the past, Victor did a fine job for us over many years; i wish him well, and so should we all.

It is; discussion is a great thing...but not when it becomes a pointless argument going back and forth. Some people like 'tats', some dont, and no amount of logic/discussion/argument is going to change either POV

Hehehehehehe, nice one. And depending how many beers you've had, the lady could be more beautiful.

    1 - Victor Valdes

Yeah, that's why VV has more Spanish caps. Oh, wait a minute... Many, many keepers could let in few goals when the opposition, majorly, only has the ball 20-25% of the match. Valdes is a good keeper, but he aint better than Casillas, IMO

Sheeeeesh! To tattoo or not to tattoo, that is the question. The answer is, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it's all opinion - and like arseholes, everybody has one. Pointless, wasteful, inane argument (but, that's just my opinion ;))

    England

Cahill has been playing rubbish for quite some time. As ive said before, you hate ManU - we get it; dont let it cloud your football judgement!

    Alexis Sanchez

Five sitters he missed? I dont think so. The one he did miss, he was closed down, and had to hurry because a tackle was coming in from one side, which is why he dragged the ball past the post; it wasnt the sitter most people are describing it as.

    Alexis Sanchez

 I'm sure Aguero wouldnt possibly accept a cut in wages to play for Barca, the best team in the world, and stay at Man City, the second best team in the EPL - there's no comparison.

    Jose Mourinho

If Mourinho continues the way he has been, he may find himself unemployable (at the level he requires). The controversy, the arguments with the press, the falling out with players, his arrogance - pretty soon no top club will want to employ him. It does look like Chelsea might be his only option.

Thanks for this. I didnt know a lot about the lad; you've given me food for thought.

    Neymar - v2

You could well be right; all im saying is that the second best player in the world used to be like this. Neymar might be the biggest waste of money since Ibra... He might just knuckle down, change his mentality, change his work ethic, change the bad things to go along with his qualities and...

    Champions League 12/13

I never can understand why they bugger about with these draws instead of getting right down to it?

    Neymar - v2

Thats exactly how Ronaldo used to play at manUre: he dived, he stepped over, he tried new tricks that didnt always come off, he didnt chase back, he was greedy...etc. ferguson managed a lot of that out of him, his end product got better, he did the extravagant when it was possible, he passed...

Which opponent do you prefer Barça to face on the CL Quarter Finals?

I voted PSG, as i wanted to avoid one of the 2 favorites - along with us, IMO - Juve and Real. BUT, then i started to think - would i rather play one of these over 2 legs, or in a one-off final? I always think that a well-performing Barca can beat ANY team over 2 legs (we didnt play well in...

...and, it shows that Bayern are not Supermen: a v good team, yes, but beatable; which is good for us.

    Neymar - v2

When you spend 40/50 million on a player it is always a risk; the player could do his cruciate in the 1st game and NEVER be the same player again. The diving problem can be ordered out of him by a strong coach, AND he could be shown that it hurts the team when we start to get NO penalties given...

    FA Cup

Only cos ManUre have done what they always do: sit back on a lead and allow the opposition to come at them, rather than go for a 3rd goal to finish off the game.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v2

Surely this cant be true? Messi's release clause had been met (£205million) and £24 mill a year AFTER tax. I didnt read this at the time, nor did i see it. Makes you think....how much money are these oil/gas billionnaires willing to pay...

Transfers and Rumours - old thread

Cant see City parting with Kompany; not for 22 mil neither. Although im certainly in the 'yes please' camp. He'd be awesome for us, certainly in last year's form
