Definitely see your point, but I guess the benefit is cash can't really buy chemistry or success everytime, just look at City in the CL or Anzhi and Zenit. PSG are probably 1 case as alot of their top players they bought in the last 2 years. But they did have some decent players rise up like... -

I really can't see Neymar and Messi butting heads except when tensions are high like with all players. And Messi imo isn't the best leader, over the last season or two in particular I've seen him lash out directly at team mates more often. I remember David Villa just ignoring him once... -

At least it's Ligue 1 though, some good competition and class players/managers there now. I always enjoy seeing a league rise up and challenge the perception that they should be written off by EPL/LL fans. -

That would be decent business imo considering his talents, potential, and the draw he would bring to the club. Even if Barca already have a sizable Brazilian following, maybe Neymar will attract the most recent generation of young football fans as Dinho was the generation before. -

He's not a reject really, he's a leader and a great defender who just got pushed to the wayside. You try getting into a lineup with Mertesacker and Koscielny. Definitely better than our current options and for that price it would be a steal. -

I do remember reading about Sakho's headbutting with Carlo and his dip in form but from my understanding he's stabilized in the last few months and was in the France Euro 2012 team iirc. Considering his price I would say it's a no-brainer because currently we have Mascherano and two faltering... -

Read that Santos turned down a 20million euro offer from us for Neymar and are firm on 50m. Barca obviously need defenders and a striker but Neymar has that special potential, invention, and vision that could make the difference. I understand if everyone is worried about the huge transfer fee...
