    I can confirm it,PAjo :) the 3m offer was the best offer they could have got,MAdrid Bought Ozil for 15m and considering the difference in quality and contract situation's between them,3m is a very good deal for both Barca and PSV,they said they wanted 10m?ok Wereder said they wanted 30m ;)
