    Eden Hazard

What sphinx of cement and aluminum bashed open their skulls and ate up their brains and imagination? Moloch! Solitude! Filth! Ugliness! Ashcans and unob tainable dollars! Children screaming under the stairways! Boys sobbing in armies! Old men weeping in the parks!

    Eden Hazard

Hazard is a great player but an absolutely monumental fuckbend. plus he's gonna kill Mata's career as he wants to play #10, and Juan Mata is NOT a winger. hopefully Chelsea have the decency to sell him now.

    Gerard Piqué

:worthy: if he had been fit all season we'd still be Champions of Spain and Europe.

    BF Awards - Season 2011-12

Cholo can't win it for choking against Real as per usual. that's the real test of whether an Atleti coach is different or just having another good start before the club eventually swallows him and his brilliance alive (the AFA should appoint him now before that happens, fuck Sabella). hasta be...

    BF Awards - Season 2011-12

didn't include La Liga in my Europe section. figure that makes more sense as La Liga has its own section.

    Barcelona 2012/2013 kits revealed

so Piqué was right, the home kit is actually kinda great. the shade of blue (LOL, philosophy joke) was just right to make it un-PSG-ish. the players look great in it, especially Big Dave.

    Hulk

ffs we can't sign EVERYONE. Neymar at least is a consistent goal-scorer and goal-threat. Lucas is a creator (a creator Real don't need, but hey, SQUAD STACKING~!) and we're sorted for those.

    Neymar - v2

see, I don't think Pedro is a worry at all. Tito knows his value, as does Zubi. this is the PERFECT squad guy. you can start him in any game and he can play in it (provided he's fit, of course, we've seen this season that an unhealthy Pedro is next to useless). when you think of how many games...

    5 - Carles Puyol

the day he retires from playing should be the day he comes assistant manager or first-team coach or something. he is a remarkable human being, we cannot lose his influence from the team. (which is why we should keep Keita too, but I've accepted we won't do that)

    Copa Libertadores

I fackin' love La U (did you miss me say they're one of the two best teams in SA?) I just really wanna see Argentina vs. Brazil and Riquelme vs. Ganso. but if I had to pick someone, I would probably pick La U. it would be two legs of fucking stupendous rollercoaster football. up and down up...

:pep: :tito: and :busquets: are looking in the same direction. that says more than words ever could.

    Copa Libertadores

I'm torn. Santos vs. someone, for sure, but which? Boca would be epic as it'd be Argentina vs. Brazil, plus we'd get Riquelme vs. Ganso. but La U would make it an epic clash of probably the two best teams in South America right now.

    Sergio Busquets

4th best player in the world, this guy. I told goal that on twitter. they RT'd it. now I'm getting fuckloads of abuse for ranking him ahead of the gelled tumbler.

    Daniel Alves

David Villa injured himself in December and is now training with a ball. he's 3 weeks away from being able to play. Dani Alves broke his collarbone in May. he's 6-8 weeks away from being able to train again. SLIGHT DIFFERENCE YO.
  19. Metaphysical

    Daniel Alves

yes he did. he didn't attend the cup final. which, given he broke his collarbone & his arm is in a sling, is hardly a surprise. it also might explain why he didn't come out smiling and dancing like he always does.
  20. Metaphysical

    Daniel Alves

yes but your argument doesn't take into account the fact that the club have a replacement ready to step in. Montoya isn't as good as Dani, obviously, but he is an excellent player and a hugely promising prospect and most importantly doesn't cost a thing. so you lose a player like Dani Alves...
