I think Perez strategy is to go big on free agents, even if he has to sign no one and wait a year to come to fruition. I have no evidence of this, but judging by their FFP, he has a way of not counting the signing on bonus as part of the direct FFP expense towards the cap.- Porque

I couldn't tell you much about Brazil U20. I've heard of Luighi before but the other lad looks better to me (Bele). Wesley sealed a big move to Al Nasr last year. For Spain would be Pablo Garcia of Real Betis. He was great in the U19 Euros with Quim and Virgili.- Porque
