    Kylian Muppet

Mbappe is no slouch technically but R9 was GOAT level in dribbling, underrated in passing, and a better finisher than Mbappe (all my opinion but I think would be a general consensus too). It's no shame to not be on R9's level. Maybe I missed something but I didn't see anyone comparing him to R9...

Nah he's an older guy at palace now. The new kid is Nwaneri, I think is how you spell it.

    Jude Bellingham

Seen this on my travels on the forum. I do appreciate other types of players. And I haven't claimed to 'know more about the sport than everybody else'. That would be deluded. Being confident in my ability to articulate a cogent argument, and feeling I understand the game and how it works to a...

Homer Simpson moment for me, mate

    Johan Cruyff

Fourth best player ever, in my opinion. Or fifth after Di Stefano.

'His shots were a bit too low' lol what a fucking pathetic, pedantic 'criticism'.

Chilling with Luke Shaw. They both hardly ever play.

    Konstantinos Karetsas

Yes, us Scots are a hardy lot. And pretty eccentric too. After all, you have met me and JamDav.

    Konstantinos Karetsas

Very impressed mate with what you have written there. I was expecting something more along the lines of 'he cuts in well from the left and dribbles past men or takes shots'. So reading that has brought a tear to my eye.

Thanks mate, done. Though the sizing is a bit fucked lol.

    Konstantinos Karetsas

I couldn't find a thread. Needs a thread. 17 year old Greek winger or attacking midfielder. My mate told me he looked special when he came on at half-time on Thursday night (for his debut for the NT). Last night he started at Hampden and scored. I know little about him, other than he's younger...

didn't score so it doesn't count.

    Zinedine Zidane

Now post all the decisions that went Inter's way in the first leg. And the wrongly ruled out goal in the last minute of the second that would have sent Barca to the final. Of course you won't, because you are nothing but a gutless troll who posts on forums of clubs you detest.

    Zinedine Zidane

He looks terrible, he's orange and his hair is a disaster, but of course you keep mentioning me when I am not even around. And regardless of you thinking Ronaldo 'looks great', it won't change that many many women find him ugly inside and out. You just have male gaze, like loads of Ronaldo fans...

    Nations League 24/25

Yeah that is true. You are talking about superior fitness which I agree with. Though I would say that 12-15 years ago isn't THAT long ago, and professionalism was quite high then too. So you never know. Maybe Xavi's Spain wouldn't let Rodri's have the ball. But overall i agree with your point...

    Nations League 24/25

Fair enough, it's been talked about ad infinitum yeah. Guys like Birdy think we are just old men yelling at clouds, and missing our youth, but I think there's a degree of truth in it. It does FEEL like current players rely much more on athleticism than players in the past did. But then that...

    Alexander Isak

Isak has always been a big talent and he was always liable to explode at some point. Still, he has a lot to do still in his career - he's only 25 and his prime is hopefully still to come.

    Nations League 24/25

What do you mean they're better? In terms of talent? I think across the board, the mid and smaller nations have closed the gap, but at the absolute top - the elite players and sides - there's been a slight decline. But, as I say, maybe I am just thinking entirely of Italy and Brazil.
