This hurts him far more than it does us. Now he gets to earn half of what he would at Barca, while either sitting on the bench or winning fuck all (maybe both). We, on the other hand, could get a better goalie who we pay less (ter Stegen, Lloris and Courtois all earn less than Valdes does).

Pedro's been pretty good recently, especially against Espanyol (he scored 4 goals, though 2 were wrongly disallowed). I say rotate him with Villa, like the way Puyol's being rotated with Mascherano. Villa will probably need the rest with his injury problems.

Pedro seems to be back on form with his 4 goals against Espanyol (2 of which were wrongly disallowed). It was Espanyol, but 4 goals are 4 goals. Didn't do much against Malaga but he at least didn't miss sitters like Sanchez did. Hope he can keep it up.
