If that was directed at me I did not intend any disrespect, it's mostly just frustrating how the whole situation occurred. I wasn't so much agreeing that his career is over, but more so that his demands severely limited his options. I'm sure if he has the right motivation he can do well for Gala.

Well when your wages are impossible and you're that tough to negotiate with, this is what happens. Plus his injury problems and the fact that he's been benched for the past several months.

He's played mostly in the EL this season, only a few games in the league. He's been injured too though.

I like Coutinho, no idea why Inter aren't playing him much. Before it was because Sneijder was #1 in that position but now he's out of the picture too and Cou still isn't getting enough playing time.

Get it done. :D Watched him a fair amount this season, he's quite good, I think he will be the heir to Buffon in the Italian NT. Watch his performance against Fiorentina a few weeks ago especially. He's still very young and would have to adapt a bit but I would support this signing. Then again...

Yeah I agree, but the good thing about that is that he is still young enough to learn. I'm mostly amused that I was only half serious when I originally said that, then two days later we're actually linked with him :p

I'd be interested to see Marquinhos in Barca, I think he has a lot of potential and at least he's actually a CB :lol: We were apparently also interested in Pjanic (same Gazzetta article that linked Marquinhos to us) but he's not for sale.
