El Clasico 10/11: FC Barcelona - Real Madrid 5-0 Manita!

Pelegrini was indeed infinitely superior tactically than Mourinho last year. I have said many times that we were a bit lucky to win 1-0 last year. Madrid had the better chances,in the 1st half at least. Pelegrini's brilliance was his compacting of his three lines along the centre of the...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

:worthy: he may not have scored, and his awesome scoring run has sadly ended. But it matters not one bit, because he was brilliant and tore Madrid to pieces.

    Sergio Ramos

I actually feel a bit sorry for Madrid players. Even a tiny bit for Penaldo himself. But that son of a bitch Mou... They are all professionals and milionaires and enjoy their success with the NT, I think they will kiss and make up. Time is also a factor, their next game is in March...

    Andrés Iniesta

:worthy: My typical reaction when it comes to Andresito. Not a footballer. A poet.

    Jose Mourinho

Believe me, I am happy as well. :flagvl8:

    Jose Mourinho

He was playing against a far superior opponent. That's what happened. No thousand-mile trip on a stupid bus to tire Barca out. The added presence of Andres Iniesta Lujan. The lack of an accomodating Portuguese ref. No offside Milito goal, no super-Maicon to carry him through. Barca, the best...

    Real Madrid (old thread)

I feel sorry for Iker, I have been for some time now. Maybe a bit for Xabi as well. They seem like decent guys,as for the rest......... :rofl1:

    Jose Mourinho

:rofl1: I have been aching for this for months... This clown deserved every little bit of this humilation. I have been consistently arguing that Mourinho is not what the legions of idiots make him out to be.

    Are Barcelona Messi-Dependant?

When you have a player like Messi, you might just as well be dependant on him.

Would you want to see Rooney at Camp Nou?

His vulgar character and conduct are totally unsuitable for us. His recent loss of control is also indicative of a deeply flawed personality. We have no need for this guy.

Would You Support Zlatan Ibrahimović Coming Back From His Loan?

You are exaggerating, though many will shift their positions as radically as you are describing, I think you are being unfair. I have been very consistent with my take on Ibra for about a year now. He is talented, but his lack of pace, mobility and balance mean that he is wholly unsuitable to...

    Lionel Messi .v. Cristiano Ronaldo

Take Penaldo's (well)penalties away and the picture becomes even clearer.

El Clasico 10/11: FC Barcelona - Real Madrid 5-0 Manita!

Marcelo has defended well against Racing and Levante. Let's wait and see. Di Maria has always had potential and has not been exactly stellar up to now, but he is a legitimate threat nevertheless. But yeah, their defence has never looked better, and Carvalho was a brilliant Mourinho move.

El Clasico 10/11: FC Barcelona - Real Madrid 5-0 Manita!

I have never doubted that he is a good coach(prolly the best) but without the first-class players at his disposal,I would not worry one little bit. Whereas with those players I would still be worried if it was any other of the Top 10 managers in the world. That is all I am saying.

El Clasico 10/11: FC Barcelona - Real Madrid 5-0 Manita!

No it is not. But not down to Mourimho mostly. It is down to CR,Ozil,Maria and Carvalho. This.

    Best Striker in Europe?

History(if it is serious)remembers great players, Greatness is not purely about statistics or titles. It is all that of course, but much more as well.

    Best Striker in Europe?

Fact of the matter there are quite a few good strikers out there. Villa, Drogba, Torres(when Fit), Aguero, Forlan, Higuain, Rooney(if he gets serious), Llorrente(recently), and even lame ass Ibra to name but a few. Course Eto'o is one of THE main contenders.Never should have kicked him out...

    Best Striker in Europe?

Agreed. Except the Zlatan good part. Messi's failure with Argentina is the exact opposite, namely the failure of Argentina with Messi. It just goes on to show what a horrible team they have been under Maradonna. It is quite funny, we get people often say that Barca are a one-man-team, then...
