Well, when it was announced that Tito wouldn't be back for a while, they should have gotten someone to step in IMO.

Pinto is definitely good enough to be on our bench, but not good enough to be the starting GK. Plus he's getting old. We should definitely get a new GK.

He was probably our best player on the pitch last night. One of the few who seemed to give a shit. Maybe we should have Alves hang back a little? I can see the Alves/Alba pairing working well if he does.

I'd say the problem is both a dip in form and the lack of a coach. As well as tactical inflexibility.

We were also able to destroy good teams like Atletico and Malaga. We were a bit shaky at the start, but once we got going, we were great.

IMO, our management should be blamed for making him the assistant coach (and then coach when Tito left), especially if he was only a scout before this season.

IMO, what we need is a winger or 2 who can score. Which is part of the reason we should use Villa. We should keep Messi at false 9, just use another scorer or 2 with him.

I can see us going through, but we will need to be back on form by then, as well as make a few changes. The question is, will we be back on form by then? Needless to say, we're not going through if we play like we did against Real tonight.

What we should go for (IMO) is either a winger who can score and play as a striker, or a striker who can play on the wing, like Villa. IMO, the latter would be better.

If we do get him, I doubt he'll flop as hard as Alexis. If he does flop, I can see it being like Ibra: good player, but just doesn't really fit the team. Not saying he will flop, but if he does, it'll be more like Ibra than Alexis IMO.
