The worst part is, Motta would have gotten a second yellow anyway. There wasn't any need for him to do that. Still probably the best in the world in his position though. You can hate him for that dive if you want, but you can't deny that he's a great player.

It's 3-4 weeks according to most sources. Hope he makes an early comeback again :p Can't count on it though. I can see a back 4 of Montoya-Pique-Masch-Alba or Alves-Pique-Masch-Adriano working. Especially with good pressing.

If we spend 25m on him, it'll be a risk IMO, with him being so young and all. He could be our own Varane, or he could flop. A bit like what Neymar will be for whoever buys him (though Marquinhos is less risky IMO, since he has some experience in a top league). Anyways, I doubt that 25m figure...

We should be able to get past PSG, and IMO we'll be able to win the CL with Puyol and Pique. We'll definitely need a new CB next season though. Masch, Bartra, Muniesa and Puyol as backups should be good enough, though if we buy a rotation player (doubt we will, but who knows) it should...

Our defense did pretty well on Tuesday (besides that chance Niang missed). If they play like that against PSG, we should go through. And Puyol should be back by the 2nd leg. Might not be at 100% though.

Yeah, away games in the knockout rounds in the CL are usually tough. We should be able to get a high-scoring draw or narrow win though IMO.

I'm guessing we'll get a pretty narrow win in the away game and a pretty comfortable win at home. Glad we didn't get Juve, Dortmund, Bayern or Real.

Looks like it's gonna be Dortmund, Bayern (though Juve have a good chance, especially if Bayern choke again), Real and Barca in the semis. Gonna be interesting.
