    Sergio Agüero

I think Villa will wait until the end of the season before deciding, and the club should do so too imo.

    Champions League 12/13

Of course. At our best, we can still beat Real IMO, but I'd definitely rather not get them. I'm just saying that IF we get them, I'm hoping for a game like the 5-0 or the 6-2.

    Jordi Alba

True. Alves-Pique-Masch-Montoya can work well. Might even be more secure defensively than Alves-Pique-Masch-Alba, since Montoya's more defensive.

    Sergio Agüero

IMO, we don't really need a new forward if Villa doesn't leave (don't think he will if we give him more playing time, especially if we play him in the remaining CL matches). Aguero would be a good (albeit expensive and perhaps unrealistic) choice if he does though.

    Alexis Sanchez

Tbh, I'd say the Milan game was his best game of the season. He got a nice assist and I believe his goal was onside (might wanna check the replays again though).

    Jordi Alba

Looks like he's only out for 7 to 10 days. He might still make it for the game against PSG.

    Alba out for 10 days

Let's not forget the 2011 semi: Alves-Pique-Masch-Puyol Wasn't Dani suspended for the 2009 final as well (and from what I remember, it was a pretty harsh yellow card that got him suspended)? Speaking of Abidal btw, he was wrongly suspended because of a dive by Anelka and that could very well...

    Thiago Translantara

Isn't Thiago supposed to be Xavi's successor? Of course he'll be one of the best midfielders in the game.

    Alba out for 10 days

I can definitely see a back 4 of Alves-Pique-Masch-Montoya working. Might even be more secure defensively than Alves-Pique-Masch-Alba (though we lose Alba's attacking abilities). Hope Montoya's up for it. Yeah, didn't we use makeshift back lines in the 2009 CL final and the 2nd leg of the semi...

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

Didn't Suarez say that he won't go to another club in England? If/when he lives Liverpool, he's probably going to Spain. Though I can see Juventus trying to get him...

    Martin Montoya

No Alba in the first leg against PSG it seems. Hope Montoya's up to it.

    Jordi Alba

    Hope Montoya's up to it.

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

    Don't Chelsea wanna buy Falcao?
  14. darthvader7888

    Martin Montoya

I can see a back 4 of Alves-Pique-Masch-Montoya working. It could even be more secure defensively than Alves-Pique-Masch-Alba, since Montoya's a lot more defensive than Alba.

    Champions League 12/13

If we do get Real in the semis or final, I'm hoping for something like the 5-0 or the 6-2 to give Mou and possibly Ronaldo a proper goodbye.

    Jordi Alba

Alba could be back by the PSG clash, but yes, Montoya does need to be played in every game in case he's not. I'm not sure how good Montoya is at LB (haven't really seen him play there), but the fact that he's a defensive fullback could give us a bit more solidity in the defense.
  17. darthvader7888

    Jordi Alba

How good is Montoya at LB?
  18. darthvader7888

    Jordi Alba

If Alba doesn't make it, then it's gonna have to be Montoya.
  19. darthvader7888

    Jordi Alba

God damn it lol. We can't seem to catch a break with the injuries. Hope he's back for the PSG game.
  20. darthvader7888

    Gerard Piqué

Silva would have been perfect for us IMO, except for the fact that he's injury prone and not that young. We should go for someone around 23-26. Hummels' age is perfect, which I suspect is part of the reason so many people want him. Though his lack of pace and similarity to Pique could be a problem.
