THat didn't really work though, did it? :p

    Fight, fight, fight!

    Keirrison

That's right Meta, also Saviola isn't bad, he's just stupid and money-hungry. In fact he's played quite to extremely well when he's been loaned out to "lesser" teams. And also you have to factor in keeping the well-performing striker in the starting XI. I think Keirrison will get another season...

    Thiago Translantara

He's still young, so he should heal faster and surer, and also he will hopefully get many more opportunities in the first team.

    Andreu Fontas

He won't make it at Barca imo. Also I get what Madness means about the lack of physical co-ordination, I've seen this when he's played and this picture says it all I suppose:

True about the scouts unfortunately. Good African scouts though I'd say, just looking at the youth teams.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

I think Real Madrid currently are the most threatening club to Barcelona in both the CL and La Liga - even more so than the English and Italian clubs. But of course as you so rightly said, matches may hinge around one split second, one mistake, and to avoid that you need chemistry and experience...

    Bojan Krkić

I think Maicon was the weakest link, especially in the second half when he had tired out.

    5 - Carles Puyol

I think Piqué was much better going forwards, but also that he was sloppier in crucial moments. Puyol had some typical no brain diving in tackles, but he also covered for Piqué after a few of his mistakes. But all this goes with my opinion that they both played quite well.

    Sergio Busquets

Keita played instead of Busquets because of his form, but I'm expecting Sergi to start the next match.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

It's one thing that Laporta is scared of losing Messi, well that Barca as a whole, and fans alike are scared of losing Messi, but the money that has been offered is madness, and I'm sure Messi would have stayed without such a huge raise. Perhaps it's about the superiority and value issue with...

How far will Barca go without conceding a goal?

We might well concede this weekend against Atlético although I think we'll also win.

Hey sugie, welcome to the forum! It's good seeing Barca fans in Asia, where it's really hard to follow happenings due to the time difference...

    Sveinn Gudjohnsen

As far as I know the Scandinavian countries are Denmark, Norway and Sweden, whereas the Nordic region refers to all of the countries and areas in that vicinity - so Iceland and Finland are also included, as well as other smaller islands and communities.

    Dmytro Chygrynskiy

I think Rafa will most likely feature in Copa matches, Piqué and Chysus suspesions, and CL games where we can afford rotation. But you never know with Pep!

    9 - Samuel Eto'o

Eto'o was never particularly loyal to Barca, he is loyal to himself and to achieving his own goals, but Barca were just an employer for him. Perhaps he was more bitter anti-Madrid than pro-Barca. It wouldn't surprise me if he did, but if he did it wouldn't hurt me as much as if say Ronaldinho...

:D yeah, or if it's lighter than black in colour, they will love it no matter the style, just let it be long!

    Johan Cruyff

Speaking of which, we don't have a Cruyff smiley. Young or old! I'll go to the suggestions thread now.
