I don't think there would be a problem in getting Silva to want to come here, he's already said positive things about Barca & yes there's that high tax issue in France. The only real obstacle would be getting PSG to sell, which I'm not sure they would. And anyway, not sure how realistic it...

I'm not sure why they thought Rizzoli was the best ref for the CL final, he makes a lot of mistakes in Serie A (then again most Serie A refs are awful). But given it was the CL final I can see why he or anyone would be cautious to hand out red cards. Perhaps a little better than the alternative...

If this was any other match other than a CL final though, Bayern would have been down to 10 men & it could have been a whole different game. It's just that in finals they're more hesitant to send people off.
