I think he was started over Bartra because of his pace (to deal with counter attacks) and because he did a decent job against RM earlier in the season. While Bartra didn't do that well against PSG last week and was terrible against Celta as well. I do think Bartra should be used over Adriano now...

IMO, Tito's mistake wasn't the Iniesta on LW thing itself. It did work very well in the first half of the season, when Fabregas was on-form. His mistake was not dropping it sooner.

Villa's a great striker as well, though he wasn't that great in the two games against PSG. I still think we have the best attack in the world because of him and Messi. Especially when Pedro plays well, like he did last night. Our attack is pretty dependent on Messi though, as we saw last night...

He's been great for us this season. Scored a couple of amazing goals, and he's been a good backup for both FB positions. Something needs to be done about his injury problems though.

Our 2 WC CBs are Pique (when on-form, at least) and Puyol. One's 34 and always injured, the other is inconsistent as fuck (though I think this can be fixed, mainly by finding him the right partner and maybe one other CB for the starting spot). Masch does well at CB for not being an actual CB...

I don't think Alves should be benched, yet at least. I just think Montoya should be given more playing time, to make sure Alves doesn't get too comfortable with his starting spot. That would bring the best out of him IMO.
