The guy is very intelligent, great vision and passing, great technique etc. Iniesta is one of a kind, just like Messi - it might take 5 years, 10 years or maybe 20 years before we find somebody who can make as great impact as a midfielder/am as Iniesta.

Like somebody else already said, all on that list would be backups and only Bellerin is anywhere near as good as Sergi. BUT, even though we have many midfielders in the squad at the moment - I still can't stop thinking about how good Sergi would be as Iniesta's successor.

Our midfield didn't control sh*t. I blame Lucho because we don't have the right players to control the midfield when Iniesta doesn't play. I really like Gomes, I think he will become a very good player, but not a mastermind like Iniesta, Xavi, Pirlo etc. We've relied on our attack many times...

Starting to get fed up with his useless dribbles, constantly being disposed easily not making easy passes and letting the team help him out. A couple of times a game he can try some crazy sh*t, but if he fu*ks up again and than play simple - u ain't Messi dippsh*t!

Some football-manager fickle fans. Mathieu has had far more good games at CB than bad games, he's actually only had a couple of games as I remember that weren't great. As LB he had some terrible games, but not as CB. I still wouldn't start him over a fit Umtiti, but we can't have 6 world class...
