There are few players I can think of who can (and who fit our other requirements, like speed, being attainable, etc). I honestly can't think of a better option (who's attainable) than Marquinhos. I think Marquinhos can become a leader with time. Though his lack of leadership right now could be...

Wouldn't mind if we dropped the Silva thing now. Especially if the above rumor is true. Marquinhos is also a great option, we should go for him now imo. As much as I want Silva, getting him seems extremely unlikely atm.
