I think he will get the same kind of contract, and that Pep will give him enough minutes, just like he did last season. IF Thiago goes to Bayern, of course.

Looks to me like the rumors about a rift between Pep and Rosell/the board were true. Probably part of the reason he left.

You do realize that our clasicos this season have been worse, right? We should have lost by at least 5 goals in the super cup, lost 3-1 in the CDR at Camp Nou (and the 1 was a consolation), got outplayed by their freaking bench (:facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm:), etc. And this was against a FAR...

And Bayern should have gotten a lot of penalties. It evens out. Besides, they dominated us, we fully deserved to lose 7-0. As for Xavi, it's obviously not Tito's fault he's aging, but he should have rested him (and played Thiago) more. To be fair, the way we lost to Chelsea did piss me off...

We dominated Chelsea and were unlucky not to go through, but got absolutely humiliated by Bayern. I'm sure we wouldn't have been humiliated by Bayern under Pep, even in his last season. Even if we did lose, it certainly wouldn't have been by 7 goals.

Spain don't have as much competition at Barca. Winning a CL is tougher than winning a world cup or euro. IMO, at least. And no, the team was not better than Pep's last season. We did not get outplayed and humiliated in most big games in Pep's last season.

Anyways, I remember seeing rumors that Pep left because of problems with Rosell/the board. If they're true, the club hasn't treated him perfectly after all. Anyways, I don't blame Thiago or Pep if Thiago leaves for Bayern. They're the two who deserve the least blame, IMO.

Their midfield's as good as ours, but their manager is much better than ours when it comes to giving youngsters like Thiago chances and minutes. Plus, Tito seems to rate Thiago a lot less than Pep does.

I've said it before, he'd get better treatment and more minutes under Pep than what he got at Barca last season. The move makes a bit more sense to me than it does to some people here. Still doubt he's going there though.
