    Seydou Keita

Couldn't believe when he went off, another injury, 4 weeks as well, very frustrating.

    Jeffren Suarez

Considering the circumstances I thought he did ok. Was lucky to stay on the pitch in the end though. He had a few nice challenges and the odd burst but overall he was caught out a good few times which was to be expected.

    Sergio Busquets

Absolutely shit tonight, summed up a terrible Barca performance.
  4. Cal-FCB

    Yaya Toure

We really missed Yaya tonight IMO. His strength and power in the middle would have certainly helped, plus the fact Busi was awful.

    Boixos Nois

    I think they're misunderstood.
  6. Cal-FCB

    Seydou Keita

Was a bit disappointed with Keita tbh, not just the misses (we know he can finish) but his overall game. It may take him a couple of games to settle back in though.

    Maxwell

Maxwell House played really well on the wrong side as well. Good to see :beer2:

    Rafael Márquez

People arguing against the red are missing the point. He let the striker get the wrong side of him and as soon as you get into such a position you're in big trouble. There was slight contact, and the striker sold it well and made the most of it, but you do see those given. Don't really have any...

    Pedro Rodriguez

Yeh maybe back to France, most likely the US though I reckon. Good money and football played at his pace.
  10. Cal-FCB

    Wayne Rooney

A few but a lot less than other big name players. He's more along the Messi style when it comes to hitting the deck.

    Villarreal CF

I feel sorry for Valverde, he's a nice bloke and he's not a bad manager. I don't think he should have changed the system though, trying to continue what Manu did isn't a bad thing. Slowly shaping it into his own team was the better idea, rather than having a sudden impact.

    Pedro Rodriguez

I'd say about 2 or 3 out of 10 Henry crosses are in good areas but Ibra et al haven't gambled. The rest are just hit and hope, totally wasting possession.
  13. Cal-FCB

    Rafael Márquez

He was better than he has been but he still looks clumsy at times and still worries me. I remember a moment in the 2nd half where Puyol got done and Rafa just dived in recklessly and the Gijon player just went past him.

    Rafael Márquez

LOL  he worried me on quite a few occasions tbh. Hopefully we won't see him for a while again.
  15. Cal-FCB

    Pedro Rodriguez

Yeh fair enough, can't argue with that. It's a similar situation to the Almeria game.
  16. Cal-FCB

    Andrés Iniesta

Yeh awful tackle, if his studs had really gripped the ground his leg would have bent the wrong way. He seemed to be ok though thankfully.
  17. Cal-FCB

    Pedro Rodriguez

That's a very black and white way of looking at it Meta. He was wasteful by and large, yes he took the goal brilliantly but that shouldn't mean his performance is showered with praise. As I already said he showed more than Thierry with a clear goal threat and energy but on the ball he was too...

    5 - Carles Puyol

Yeh I agree Valon, he made the run and it was screaming for a right footed smash. He actually did the defender completely but his pass wasn't really the right option.
  19. Cal-FCB

    Andrés Iniesta

Yeh lovely pass, I thought overall he played very well in the middle, kept changing the direction of things and helped to build attacks. We kept possession very well when he was involved.

    5 - Carles Puyol

Lol he was in so many great positions tonight but was ignored quite often  he mixed some rashness with some good tackles, was solid enough.
