    Bojan Krkić

Awful penalty by him last night, tried to be too clever with it, understandable when he's low on confidence, doesn't trust his strike enough. Hopefully that absolute tap in will help him start firing them in now. Wish it was a slightly more challenging goal

Who Wasted their Talent the Most?

Adriano I'd say. Ronaldo and Ronaldinho both blew the world away for a period of years winning lots of titles. Noone got close to either in their prime. Adriano showed promise but was never the best player in the world, nor does he have a huge amount of titles like the other two. Such a...

    14 - Javier Mascherano

Excellent game from Masch. I'd quite like to see him putting it about against Madrid. Who Pep would drop to stick him in I don't know. He's certainly found his feet in Barca now though.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Haha yeh that was great  he should have scored at least one in the 2nd half, you could see he was angry with himself.

    9 - Samuel Eto'o

It's rearing its head everywhere Nolan. There's an ugly tension brewing in England with the far right becoming more public. This is what left wing governments and mass immigration lead to. It unsettles the natural landscape over such a short period of time. Delighted to see Samu playing so...

    Andrés Iniesta

First half he was a real danger but he faded away in the 2nd. He had a great chance to shoot about 20mins into the game but tried to pull it back to Keita, typical Andres.

    Xavi Hernández

Given what he's won with Spain you can understand why he's considering it. Be a shame if he's left stranded on 97 caps though! He's definitely played way too much football over the last 3-4 years though.

    Sergio Busquets

    Were you not entertained?

    Sergio Busquets

Busquets is a hero, I really can't see Masch dislodging him tbh.

    Adriano Correia Claro

He's been nowhere near his Sevilla level since he came to us, and that's affected his playing opportunities. I can't see him being a real option for LB because Abi and Maxwell have that spot tied down, both have played well a while now. Really covering for Dani is most likely for him, or when we...

    Daniel Alves

Really clever goal from Dani, topped off a great game for him. We should get that new contract sorted ASAP.

    Best Young Goalkeeper

Difficult as I've seen only a little of some of them but lots of others. I have to go with De Gea though, great shot stopper, good in the air and very mature for his age.

    Jack Wilshere

Huddles hardly had a huge amount of chances before the WC. Capello never showed any real faith in him. His range of passing is superb and certainly more piercing than Carrick's. He is slow but he has a physical presence which compensates. Definitely worth a go for England IMO, very talented...

    Villarreal CF

I thought Villareal looked very good at the weekend. Watched about half the game, they were moving the ball around superbly, even with the dodgy refereeing at the other end. Nilmar and Rossi are a great strike pair.

    14 - Javier Mascherano

He's certainly a more aggressive option than Busi. But he's obviously not as good with his passing and doesn't have the same level of ball control.

    Thiago Translantara

I hope het gets a full game in the Copa. With Xavi's injury we should be looking to use him as much as possible, he could be good cover in that role. Every appearance this season he's looked bright IMO, and he has an air of confidence too which is crucial.

    Sergi Samper

We really can't allow another one to walk away. Thankfully Merida was never really that good, but this kid could really have something. Disgusting from Arsene again.

    Seydou Keita

He's playing very very well at the moment, I'm hugely impressed.
  19. Cal-FCB

    Bojan Krkić

Copa game should be good for him to get some confidence. You'd expect him to get chances there, so hopefully he burys a few of them. Hopefully Thiago gets some minutes as well.

    Wayne Rooney

Haha Holloway what a legend! Totally agree on the 'buy out the contract' nonsense, it's a poor rule. In regards to Rooney though, where he ends up will be a telling sign of his true motives. Moving to City would bring dislike from many all over the country. A move to Chelsea, Real etc would be...
