    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

There was no room in the middle to do anything. It's not like Xavi was outstanding either. Every time he got the ball there were 3 players crowding him, and importantly they were normally Argentinian, players who know him well.

    Gerard Piqué

What a goal. Just pure genius. Such a shame that it didn't matter in the end with the other goal disallowed. It could have been this season's Iniesta moment.

    Bojan Krkić

That's the first thing I thought of when he missed. But the fact is he made up for it with a real poacher's goal, right place right time, great finish, and the fucking ref denied him it.

    Andrei Arshavin

It still hurts, what a signing he would have been

    Ads or donations

Lol Gio  I agree I think ads would provide a steadier income. As long as they don't get in the way everywhere I don't think it will have much effect on the site tbh. I'm sure plenty of us could give a small donation but who knows how much that will add up to and how long it would last.

    Bojan Krkić

As a natural finisher I'd say Bojan is perhaps the best at the club. Considering how lethal he's been in front of goal with such a lack of minutes this season is very impressive. Pedro is also an excellent finisher, although his decision making can still let him down though. But he deserves his...

    Seydou Keita

I meant Henry's goal, he played in Ibra, I forgot he laid it off to Titi.

    Messi or original Ronaldo

It's a shame when people say 'Ronaldo' nowadays people automatically assume CR. He will always be a shadow of the real Ronaldo.

    Messi or original Ronaldo

Some people seem to either have short memories or never really watched Ronaldo play. He was absolutely incredible. Hamzah you do realise he was 20 when he played for Barca, he was amazing even at a young age same as Leo. There's very little between them, as others have said, Ronaldo is up there...

    Seydou Keita

Yeh not bad, nothing special. Nice assist for Ibra but aside from that didn't add much apart from some crappy shooting.

    Yaya Toure

Awesome match from Yaya! He gave the ball away now and then but other than that he was brilliant. Plenty of tackles, some nice passing in general, and great bursts forward like his assist. I would definitely play him on Weds, probably along with Sergi rather than Keita.

    Dmytro Chygrynskiy

His first half was utterly atrocious. And then that first 5-10mins after the break we were a total shambles. He did improve as the half went on, but I don't see him getting the chance to play again this season, apart from maybe at home to Tenerife.

    Barca styles: Old Blaugrana/Nou Blaugrana

Haha cheers mate I didn't notice that  I prefer Old Blaugrana actually, it's a better tone IMO.
  14. Cal-FCB

    Sergio Busquets

Yaya can provide creativity but it's through aggressive running with the ball and driving forward directly. His passing is generally not as quick and he doesn't have the same change of direction as Busi. Biscuits has an eye for a pass but he is generally to deep to cut open defenses, so he keeps...

    Barca styles: Old Blaugrana/Nou Blaugrana

I'm not going to vote because I can't really think what the other option is  the white one? Anyway the current colour scheme looks awesome IMO, great effort from the guys.

    Champions league 09-10

Close game, Bayern certainly edged it though. Lyon will come back stronger in the 2nd leg. Robben's goal was weird, I feel the keeper won't be too happy, there was a deflection and it went straight through the middle of the goal.

    Champions league 09-10

I think the 2nd legs should require teams to travel by bus too. Not much effect in the Lyon game though. Inter should not be allowed to fly though.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

The lack of movement around him certainly played it's part. On the occasions where he did get away from a man or two there just weren't the options available for one-twos etc.
  19. Cal-FCB

    Andrés Iniesta

What a difference he'd have made to our midfield. Really needed his creativity. For me Busquets should have played his role tonight, but really we don't have adaquate cover for Xaviesta and never have done.
  20. Cal-FCB

    Seydou Keita

All he's offered is work rate for quite some time now beef, there haven't been goals like early on in the season. He offers nothing creatively and the likes of Xavi and Messi have to do so much more. If we'd had Iniesta playing tonight instead I think we'd have won tbh.
