Of the three Inter players that can command a decent fee (Kovacic, Icardi and Shaqiri) Shaqiri is the one who has impressed the least. Icardi is already cemented as a regular starter, and Kovacic has too much potential to throw away. But it's no secret that with Inter already in trouble for FFP...

Dunno why bigger clubs aren't going for him if they know he's for sale. Probably what Shaqiri is waiting for and why he's rejecting the other two offers.

Bravo won't be there I suppose, but hopefully I get to see both MaTS and Masip. :D

Obviously for a Catalan La Masia product like him, it shouldn't be a surprise that he wants to return and play for Barca, and as a fan of both clubs I don't really see anything wrong with thinking that way. I think it would have been more offensive if he was actually sold to Inter and he was...

Like I said elsewhere, it's to balance the books. Same reason Montoya is coming on loan instead of just outright buying him.

Hopefully he gets a lot of game time, at least he'll get plenty more than he has been getting at Barca. I'll keep people posted on how he's doing for those who don't want to watch Inter games.

Yup, I'll try, I'm behind one of the goals though so it isn't the best view for photos. I'm hoping Gerrard will be playing for the Galaxy by then too, when I went to Liverpool he was injured so I've never seen him in person.

Because he's the next most valuable player after Kovacic and Icardi, and since the club are determined to keep both of them, Shaqiri has to go to help balance the books.

This is how Inter get to keep Kovacic and still spend, I guess. I like Shaqiri but between the two of them (and Icardi) I know which one I'd sell.

I'd really like to think Inter aren't that dumb to sell Kova to Juve. I don't believe that for a second.

It sounds like they have agreed terms with Sevilla too, not just the player. But yeah, with Milan at the moment you don't believe anything until it's official. Supposedly agreed terms for Bertolacci too.

I dunno, I'd like Salah (only for a reasonable fee though). Fiorentina basically just imploded at the end of the season so his dip in form wasn't necessarily all his fault. Of course there are players I'd want more than him, but none are linked and/or they aren't realistic.
