He is too one footed and cant do much unless can run onto ball or get up head of steam to dribble out.

In final third he has no idea how to beat a man if fronted at slower pace.

He definitely is limited. But if he can master what he's good/solid at, he will still be a top fullback. There are no signs of that however

Runs into space, precise low crosses, more attempts at goal... there is countless ways he can improve himself. Right now he is really just a level below. It's not that he's hasn't developed he has actually regressed massively. 22/23 Balde is miles ahead of whatever this is

Hopefully we can get Cancelo up to speed, the few things he did in attack against Sociedad were better than what Balde has accomplished the whole season.

Not much talk about Balde but as I expected, the biggest beneficiary of Cancelo's arrival was going to be Alejandro - a fire would be lit under him to demonstrate why he has been hyped. He was excellent against Elche, extremely assured in possession & defense while effortlessly dribbling out of trouble and making himself available to beat the high press

It's the kind of games Balde enjoys, loads of space on the left side for him and Rapha to combine

He was fantastic indeed but not sure it means he's back to top form. He won't get this much space against other opponents

I admire Hansi and how he walks the thin line and handles the press who always look for individual praises or to look for controversies.
He manages to praise his players while keeping them on the ground. Always mentioning importance to train hard, press or to generally keep improving.

He was very good actually and has been building up to it last couple weeks.
