Not good as a CM without Pedri to babysit him either. Was always more of a runner for Ajax. Current role is not familiar to him. Can't run the show on his own.

"Baffling" is a nice way to put it, that was the most retarded shit I've seen! And I was complaining in HT he doesn't try to shot or make a run into the box anymore - than he gets this chance and Balotelli's it?! I would be furious if I was Flick, would have subbed him for anybody on the bench the same minute!

Still, homie is the least of our problems - CB, RB, CF, who to get as LW/RW backup and trying to get Stegen and Ara of our books is what needs attention. Frenkie is Frenkien', he's decent but on a too high salary though.

I would sell him for sure, he would generate a lot of money and wouldn't realistically be hard to replace, especially when Gavin comes back. Get someone with some grit at least

Yea, mentioned it in Yamal thread. Guys simply has no balls. Timid as fuck. He even had plenty of time to regroup his body for a shot or at least try to stick it to the right for assist, but choose the most retarded action possible.

Quite the second half, showed a defensive nous and grit that I have not seen from any of our midfielders BAR Gavi in a long time. When he actually decides to try, he becomes quite the footballer.
