If we are not broke why we can't sign a good footballer yet?
We are not broke, we just cannot risk to get broke if we pay 150 million for one player. And the other thing is financial fair play in spain.
All this roumors are fake. It was fake that we will pay that amount of money for alvarez and it is fake that we lost interest because of his Performance in camp nou.

I know that Barça has shitload of money

But not being able to use the money is same as being broke

And yes it's exactly what I said. There was never a chance of getting Alvarez in the first place

What do you understand being broke to mean? Are you under the impression that the club has no money? You can’t have revenue of a billion a year and the financial resources available to Barça and be broke

Can a broke club have the squad we do? Could Lamine, Lewy, Pedri et al play for a broke club?

Financial restriction due to FFP prevents further expensive transfers (fees + salary) - that’s not down to being broke

Staggering the level of ignorance

Yet it has same effects, not being able to spend money

Us being broke is not factual truth, but it's an appropriate way to describe our financial problems

It's silly that we discuss the signing of a player who will probably cost well over 150m in such circumstances

And even sillier that club cites his "disappointing performance" as the reason for not pursuing him

Not the same definition, spin it like you want but try a dictionary if google isn’t working/available to you

Sillier to buy the rumours, here’s a tip for you going forward - not everything you read online is accurate/truth

The most realistic target we can get as a 9 is Etta Eyong. Every other name will be to expensive. Take a chance with Etta and Ferran for next season, improve the defence and that's the best we can hope for in the transfer market. While also getting rid of the bums on high wages.

Why are we not all in on Guehi? He is a free agent this summer? It would be surprising if Palace sold him in Janaury…

I thought he did a pretty good job against Haaland this weekend… seems like a no brainer to me.

Ideally we need a taller player and a left footed LCB.
Our backline is made of bunch of midgets. We desperately need height.

Guehi only makes sense as a luxury signing. Or if we couldn't get the required CB.

We might need to replace both Christensen and Araujo soon. Guehi + a left footed starter would be ideal if finances allow it. Think most clubs are interested in Guehi however, he's guaranteed to make good money and won't be cheap.
