Honestly think he's massively overperforming with the non-existent budget he has.

Some of the L's look naive and clueless because of his dogmatic philosophy but it's also the reason why his teams score goals for fun. He plays the most entertaining brand of Football you'll see.

He needs and deserves way better defensive personnel and other squad reinforcements. He needs to continue with the in-game tactical adjustments like he did today. Sometimes you have to park the bus and see games out for the last 10 minutes.

We're in a two horse league mate. Some of you are acting as if he's coaching Valencia. Pound for pound we have the second best squad in the league. And us being on top now is mostly due to Madrid faltering.
So I'd say we are pretty much where we were expected to be, in the league.

In CL I'd say we have underachieved thus far.

Pretty sure even Valencia wouldn't have fielded Dro and Casado against Atletico. It's still a miracle we win so many games, even against an Atletico in a 7-win streak form with these kind of players, because of our injury crisis. The first half of the season is soon over and we still didn't play one single game with our best starting XI.

Winning against this Atletico with players like Martin, or with rotating Dro and Casado in for Rapha and Pedri, instead of Gavi, Fermin, Frenkie is an achievement not many coaches are able to do.

People were claiming we would fight for Europa league spots not that long ago. Barely made any signings since then too. Now because Flick wins and plays attractive football everyone can do it and we've on par with Madrid in quality.

Pathetic.
