There could be some truth to that. Dembele rocked the league there and never found that groove here.

But then again, Coutinho was player of the EPL too and flopped heavily here.

Could be so much better though. And that's his issue. He has and will always be wasteful. But his work rate is immense and he gives defenders a headache, so the likes of Kane will always benefit.

Very good today, Bayern playing well. Damn we really need an elite LB and probably RB + a fresh and decent #9 and Olmo/Fermin need to get their shit together... will be difficult for us this season with the players we have.

Rashford has been doing more than ok, scored 2 away against Newcastle etc. Let's wait until we see Diaz play against PSG...
Bayern right now have a better defense, Kane is a fucking machine and more players in form + they've been in a much better financial situation than us for a while. For example - just compare current Kane to Lewa, Kane is outclassing Lewa in every department!
But I don't think we can repeat what we did last season, how we played - right now some of our intensity and heart is lacking.
