He should ask for an apprenticeship under one of the big guns in the EPL. Do that for a year or two and then assume the responsibility of a club. Doesn’t have to be a top club. Maybe a smaller Italian, Spanish, or German club. Then move up the ladder.
Also, Xavi needs to get his next move right. Perhaps going to a whorehouse on fire of a club ain’t in his best interest?
United should play it safe and hire the most proven manager who wants to come. Howe? Emery? Conte?
Not joking when I say that these managers may not want to manage Utd despite having invested hundreds of millions in the last transfer window. 🤣 🤣

Xavi would probably get them to about 10th place with gimpball, an improvement on Ham ofc but they already said squad's top four level which I agree with.

Time for Xavi to get a new job, you can only learn by doing. He is young and should try new clubs, new leagues to gain experiences. Same with Zidane.

I was watching the highlights of the Matchday 37 tie 2009-10 between Sevilla and Barcelona. And when I saw Xavi’s assist for the 2nd goal I have to admit I realised there will never be another Xavi for this club. He is one of a kind and I am sure that no one could replicate his football genius in the midfield. Pedri is not in the same way of producing chances as Xavi although Pedri’s playstyle is similar to Iniesta.
