City Council permit ok confirmed as rumoured. Begins with Valencia at 27k in Phase 1a and will continue to increase to 60k


· Phase 1a (Tribuna + Gol Sur): 27.000 espectadores: An L configuration?
· Phase 1b (adding the Lateral): 45.000 espectadores: Horseshoe?
· Phase 1c (finally adding el Gol Norte): 60.000 espectadores

Temporary dressing room is pretty basic, but I have no doubt the finished stadium will be the best in the world. Not because of some gimmick like 360 degree scoreboard, but because of unique and cumulated advantages, like size, comfort, amplitude, historical lineage (same stadium, not demolished and built somewhere else), key ammenities like underground parking on site and so on. No other stadium checks all of those.
