Rumours after half time is that Barcelona would sell if a club offers 3,5m.

Daegu have said they are not interested.

A little sequence where he was the furthest defender back and our ran everyone to get closest to the ball, is why he's valuable

Just need to shake off his error, shit happens and continue to work on his passing

Nah man... sure he might be the fastest of our defenders, but he can't use it to our/his advantage - he just fucks up anyway, red card or pk or something else that sucks. Dude is not valuable to us, better have somebody with higher footballing IQ and position than raw speed without purpose. Ara has always been and will always be a disaster waiting to happen, especially in Flicks system when we don't depend even on a single DM to take the first hit.

Yesterday there was an article that LaLiga clubs are making fake offers because they are desperate for sales to reach FFP.

Today AC Milan and United are offering 30m for Araujo .

#justsaying.

Basta yaaaaaaa, Cabron ! y Bona nit 🥂
Looks like he has been working hard on his physique. Looks chiselled.

Lost some fat, but little muscle. As a result seems to have recovered that yard of acceleration where attackers can't run away from him.

Also seems to have improved his discipline with the offside line. Keeping passes simple as well.

The most important thing to regain is the aggressive, risk taking mentality that made him great under Xavi. No signs of that yet, but didn't get an opportunity to show it against such weak opposition.

Overall, encouraging signs.

This donkey with room temp IQ is now captain. What a joke! There should be a new vote at least 🤦‍♂️
Meh, Puyol had the lowest football IQ on the field and he did just fine as a captain. Captain doesn't need to be the best player on the field.

I have mixed feelings about Araujo as a player but I can see his menacing stature, work hard mentality and calmness on the pitch work well as a captain for now. And who knows how he is behind the doors, maybe he is one of the biggest motivators in the dressing room that we don't know about.
